User Consent Policy

How consent works
Before submitting a visa assessment, uploading a document, or booking counselling, you are shown the data categories, purpose, relevant policies and contact method. Separate, clear affirmative checkboxes are used for the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and the accepted policy versions and timestamp are recorded.
Document uploads
Choosing to upload a marksheet or income-proof document is a separate, optional action; you may complete your assessment without uploading anything wherever the form allows it.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it by emailing Info@purplepatcheducation.com. We will stop consent-based processing within a reasonable time unless another legal requirement permits or requires retention.
Versioning
We record the Privacy Policy and Terms version accepted for each submission. A material update requires acceptance of the current version before a new submission.
